Files Waiting to Upload in Sas Folder in Mac

How-do-you-do jjstipe,

Unremarkably, when the uploading/downloading process stuck, nosotros propose you lot Suspension/Resume sync or restart OneDirve Sync Customer to start the process manually. Any file change will trigger the process too.

To troubleshoot the issue, when the stuck happens, we suggest y'all check whether OneDrive app is running in Activity Monitor on your Mac:

1. Open Activity Monitor from the Utilities folder in your Applications folder or use Spotlight to find it.

two. Cull the CPU tab, then look under the Process Column for OneDrive.

three. If OneDrive is non running, Start it manually.

Regards,

Alex

Howdy jjstipe,

Cheers for the updates.

If the pause/resume and restart cannot make the upload go on, we propose yous endeavor reinstalling OneDrive sync customer if you lot haven't:

Uninstall OneDrive: For apps downloaded from the Mac App Shop: Click the Launchpad icon in the Dock, hold downwardly an app's icon until all the icons begin to jiggle, then click the app's delete button. If an icon doesn't have a delete push button, it can't be uninstalled in Launchpad. Alternatively, just elevate the OneDrive app to the Trash.

If the issue happens again, welcome to share the results of Action Monitor.

Regards,

Alex
